We recognize that diversity—in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, religion, socioeconomic status, and other dimensions—enriches our community and enhances our ability to provide effective, innovative, and compassionate service. Our dedication to equity means that we actively work to identify and remove barriers to participation and success. We strive to ensure that opportunities for growth and advancement are accessible to everyone, particularly those from historically underrepresented and marginalized groups.
